Terms and Conditions for content books:

The term “content” reference assets which includes and not limited to the wording of the recipe, imagery, and photographs.

Ownership and Rights:
a. The assets and content submitted for inclusion in the content book must be original creations or appropriately attributed to their original source.
b. By submitting the content, the school or individual submitting confirms that they have the necessary permission and authority to share and reproduce the material.

Selection and Editing:
a. The selection of assets for inclusion in the book will be at the discretion of the organizers.
b. The organizers reserve the right to edit or adjust the content for clarity, consistency, and formatting purposes while preserving the integrity of the original content.

Consent for Publication:
a. By submitting the assets and content, the school or individual grant permission for the material to be published in the book.
b. The school or individual also grants permission for the organizers to use and reproduce the material for promotional and marketing purposes related to the book.

Privacy and Protection:
a. The organizers will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy and personal information of the individuals involved in the submission process.
b. Personal information provided during the submission process will be used solely for the purpose of creating the content book and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Copyright and Attribution:
a. The copyright of the assets and content remains with the original creators, unless otherwise specified.
b. The content book will include appropriate attribution to the schools or individuals, acknowledging them as the creators of the respective assets and content.

Distribution and Sales:
a. All reprints for sales need to be made from the organizers.

Liability:
a. The organizers and any associated parties will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the creation, production, distribution, or use of the book.
b. The organizers will not be responsible for any unauthorized use or reproduction of the recipes and content by third parties.

Termination:
a. The organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the project at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

By submitting assets and content for consideration in the book, the participating schools or individuals acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
